Chapel
Gawcott Chapel, Main Street, Gawcott, MK18 4HL
The Village Methodist Movement in Gawcott started out in a cottage on Main Street before moving to the present building in 1868.
The Chapel has been modernised and has a disabled access.
It has an open plan sanctuary, kitchen, small room and disabled toilet.
We meet every Sunday evening at 6.00pm, visitors and new members are always welcome.
Drop in Café
Every Thursday we hold our friendly, free Drop-in Café from 10.00am - 12 noon where we serve coffee, tea, squash, biscuits and toasted teacakes. It provides a chance to chat. We also have takeaway portions of homemade puddings for £1 and we somethimes have a 'bring and buy' table including homemade produce, jam, eggs, cards and a second hand books.
(Donations to the work of the Chapel are always welcome!)
